33rd Moto Guzzi Treffen Paderborn, Germany

End: May 17, 2026, 11 a.m.
Where: Wanderhütte, Wünnenberg-Haaren, 33181 Bad Wünnenberg (NRW), Germania
From 15 to 17 May 2026, over the Ascension Day weekend, the Wanderhütte in Wünnenberg-Haaren will once again open its doors to Guzzisti from across Europe for the 33rd Moto Guzzi Treffen, organised by MGC Paderborn – Das Original! Thirty-three years of unbroken tradition: a landmark in the international calendar of every Moto Guzzi enthusiast.
The programme: simple, authentic, irresistible
The MGC Paderborn defines itself as "a club of Guzzi-irradiated individualists, mainly from the Paderborn area, with a high sociability factor". This spirit shapes every aspect of the treffen: no formalities, no frills — just iron, friendship and petrol in the veins. The rally takes place on the large meadow beside the Wanderhütte, in the green Westphalian countryside, with plenty of camping space directly on site.
The 2026 edition promises a deliberately "family" atmosphere — the organisers' own chosen word. The MGC Committee guarantees an offer you cannot refuse: the famous "betreutes Trinken" (supervised drinking), ensuring that no glass is ever left empty and that the path back to one's tent is always found. The Benzingespräche — the beloved "petrol conversations" — will flow freely, with Moto Guzzi at the centre of every discussion: the iron, the sound, the passion. Saturday afternoon traditionally features a guided tour through the finest roads of the Paderborner Land.
The venue: the Wanderhütte amid Westphalian forests and hills
The event takes place just outside Bad Wünnenberg, a charming Kneipp spa town around 30 km south of Paderborn, on the northern edge of the Sauerland. The Wanderhütte in Haaren is the beating heart of the treffen: a hiking lodge surrounded by woodland, meadows and the gently rolling Westphalian landscape, criss-crossed by over 250 km of waymarked trails. The historic centre of Bad Wünnenberg preserves a medieval tower, half-timbered houses and the picturesque Aabach-Talsperre reservoir.
Not to be missed nearby
Just 30 km away lies Paderborn, the city of Charlemagne, with its magnificent Romanesque-Gothic Cathedral, the ancient imperial palace (Kaiserpfalz) and the springs of the River Pader. The Heinz Nixdorf Museum, the world's largest computer museum, is also well worth a visit. For Guzzisti who want to explore further on their Moto Guzzi, the winding roads towards Diemelsee, the castles of the Teutoburg Forest and the mysterious Wewelsburg offer unforgettable rides through history and stunning scenery.
